I hope you are learning a lot and enjoying the podcast! So much of Laughter Yoga is about breath-work or what is known in Yoga as Pranayama and guess what? Just like traditional yoga you can practice laughter yoga alone too.
In this quick solo episode I share a couple of exercise examples to bring the energy up and down into balance. The second is especially helpful when you may be feeling anxious, so please share it.
